MaxRide Terms of Use

Welcome to MaxRide! These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MaxRide ("MaxRide," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the MaxRide website, mobile application (the "App"), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using MaxRide, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you become a registered user of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

3. Use of the Service a. User Account

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account ("User Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account login information and for all activities that occur under your User Account. You agree to immediately notify MaxRide of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of your User Account or any other breach of security.

b. Prohibited Use You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Service to solicit others for any illegal or harmful activity.
• Upload, post, or transmit any Content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access or use another User's User Account without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks and servers connected to the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful software into the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any related systems or networks.

c. Termination

MaxRide reserves the right to terminate or suspend your User Account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. 5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and video clips, as well as any underlying software and technology, are the property of MaxRide and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content or information obtained from or through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MaxRide does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted or that defects will be corrected. MaxRide is not responsible for the actions, content, or information of third parties, and you release us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaxRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
